Cannae Holdings Q1 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Declines

05:03 PM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cannae Holdings ( CNNE ) reported a Q1 net loss late Monday of $1.81 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $1.27 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $103.2 million, down from $110.7 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $105.3 million.

Shares of the company were down 2.8% in recent after-hours activity.
