04:59 PM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cannae Holdings ( CNNE ) and KDSA Investment Partners said Monday they have agreed to buy a majority stake in The Watkins Company, a flavoring products company.

The current majority owner and Chairman, Mark Jacobs, will roll a significant equity stake into the transaction, the companies said. They expect to close the deal in October.
