11:03 AM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canoo ( GOEV ) said Monday it will move its corporate headquarters to northern Texas and relocate the engineering team to its Oklahoma City and Pryor sites in Oklahoma.

The company said it will immediately designate Justin, Texas, as its headquarters.

Canoo ( GOEV ) is expected to relocate 137 engineering positions from California to Texas and Oklahoma by Q4, primarily to its Oklahoma City facility, the company said.

The company added that it intends to increase its workforce by 150 positions.
