Canopy Growth Chief Executive Officer David Klein to Retire

08:25 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canopy Growth ( CGC ) said Friday that Chief Executive David Klein will retire, effective March 31.

The board will hire a global search firm to find a new CEO, Canopy Growth ( CGC ) said.

Shares of the company were up 1.5% in recent premarket activity.
