Canopy Growth Up 3% in U.S. Pre-market as U.S. Unit Unveils New Executive Team

09:06 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Canopy Growth ( CGC ) traded 3% higher at last look Monday on Nasdaq pre-market trading as its Canopy USA unit named its new executive team that will drive the company's expansion in the U.S. cannabis market.

Canopy USA appointed Casey Rash as CFO, Rebecca Kirk as COO and Kelly Flores as chief business development officer.

"These leadership appointments mark the start of a plan to capture growth in the U.S. cannabis market," said Brooks Jorgensen, president of Canopy USA. "With our leadership team now in place, we're moving forward with purpose."
