11:31 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cantaloupe (CTLP) said Tuesday its Chairman Douglas Bergeron has purchased an additional 285,000 shares of the company, bringing his direct ownership across various investment vehicles to more than one million shares.

Additionally, Bergeron holds shares through his former role as co-Managing Partner of Hudson Executive Capital, Cantaloupe's largest shareholder, the company said.

Cantaloupe also said Chief Executive Ravi Venkatesan has increased his personal stake in the company.

Shares of Cantaloupe were up more than 6% in recent trading.
