Cantor Equity Partners IV Prices $400 Million IPO

05:30 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cantor Equity Partners IV (CEPF) said late Wednesday it has priced its initial public offering of 40 million class A shares at $10 apiece, with Cantor Fitzgerald as its book-running manager.

The blank check company said it granted its underwriters a 45-day option to buy up an additional 6 million shares.

Shares will begin trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 21 under the CEPF ticker, it said. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 22.
