04:13 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cantor Equity Partners V (CEPV) said late Monday it priced its initial public offering of 22 million class A shares at $10 apiece.

The blank-check company has granted the IPO underwriters a 45-day overallotment option to buy up to 3.3 million additional shares.

Cantor Equity expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol CEPV Tuesday.

The IPO is expected to close Wednesday.
