10:58 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cantor Equity Partners V's ( CEPV ) shares were higher in their Nasdaq debut Tuesday, a day after the special-purpose acquisition company priced its initial public offering of 22 million class A shares at $10 per share.

The stock was up about 3.2% at $10.31 per share in recent Tuesday trading.

The IPO is expected to close Wednesday.
