11:18 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Capital Bancorp ( CBNK ) said Wednesday it received regulatory approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond for its proposed acquisition of Integrated Financial Holdings.

Closing of the deal is subject to approval by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as well as by the companies' respective shareholders, among other conditions, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
