Capital One Financial, Walmart End Consumer Credit Card Partnership Agreement

09:30 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Capital One Financial ( COF ) and Walmart ( WMT ) said Friday they have ended their card partnership for Capital One to be the exclusive issuer of Walmart ( WMT ) consumer credit cards.

There are no immediate changes for cardholders, the companies said in a joint statement.

Capital One will retain the credit card accounts' ownership and services, the companies added.
