04:03 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capital Southwest ( CSWC ) said late Tuesday it has appointed chief financial officer Michael Sarner as president and chief executive officer succeeding Bowen Diehl, effective Feb. 17.

Diehl will remain with the company in an advisory role for at least one year.

Meanwhile, Chris Rehberger will assume the role of chief financial officer, and Tabitha Geiger will assume the role of chief compliance officer, the company said.
