Capital Southwest Prices $350 Million Notes Offering

04:53 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capital Southwest ( CSWC ) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $350 million worth of 5.95% notes due 2030.

The notes will be issued at 99.345% of the principal amount, said the company.

Capital Southwest ( CSWC ) expects to close the offering on Sept. 18. Proceeds will be used to redeem outstanding 7.75% notes due 2028 and 3.375% notes due 2026, the company said.
