04:47 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capital Southwest ( CSWC ) said Wednesday that it will change its dividend payment frequency to monthly starting in July.

The company said it will pay $0.1934 per share for July, August and September, along with a supplemental quarterly dividend of $0.06 a share.

The monthly payments will be made on July 31, Aug. 29 and Sept. 30 to shareholders of record on the 15th of each month, according to Capital SouthWest ( CSWC ).

The supplement dividend will be paid alongside the September payout, the company added.
