CAPREIT Increases Monthly Distribution to $0.125

09:39 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAR-UN.TO) increased its August monthly distribution from $0.121 to $0.125 per unit (or $1.50 on an annualized basis).

The August distribution will be payable on September 16.

Price: 49.43, Change: +0.13, Percent Change: +0.26
