Capri Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Income Increases, Revenue Drops; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Range Lifted

07:24 AM EST, 02/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Capri (CPRI) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net Income Tuesday of $0.81 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.78.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Dec. 27 was $1.03 billion, down from $1.07 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company raised its guidance range to diluted EPS of $1.30 to $1.40 on revenue of $3.45 billion to $3.48 billion. That compares with its prior guidance of $1.20 to $1.40 and $3.38 billion to $3.45 billion, respectively. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.38 and $3.46 billion, respectively.
