04:14 PM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Capricor Therapeutics ( CAPR ) said Friday it closed its public offering of roughly 5.1 million shares, including the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option, for gross proceeds of about $86.3 million.

Net proceeds will be used for the development and manufacturing of its product candidates as well as working capital and general corporate purposes, Capricor said.
