04:41 PM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capricor Therapeutics ( CAPR ) said late Thursday it has launched a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock.

The company said underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to 15% additional shares. Terms and size of the offering remain subject to market conditions.

Capricor said proceeds will support the development and manufacturing of its product candidates, as well as general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were up 2.6% in after-hours activity.
