Capri's CFO, COO Thomas Edwards Departing

09:21 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capri Holdings ( CPRI ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer and Operations Chief Thomas Edwards will leave the company to pursue another opportunity.

Michael Kors CFO Rajal Mehta will be named Capri's interim finance chief, Capri said, adding that it has launched a search for Edwards' successor.

Edwards will remain with Capri until June 20, it said.
