08:33 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CapsoVision ( CV ) said Friday it has closed a private placement of 2.9 million shares priced at $4.883 per share, for gross proceeds of about $14 million.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including sales and marketing, research and development activities, among others.

Additionally, CapsoVision ( CV ) said it expects Q4 revenue of $3.9 million on a preliminary basis. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.3 million.

Shares of the company were down 2.3% in Friday premarket activity.
