12:19 PM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CapsoVision ( CV ) closed its initial public offering of 5.5 million shares priced at $5 each, raising $27.5 million in gross proceeds.

The medical technology company's shares closed Wednesday at $3.50 in their debut. They rose to $4.43 in recent Thursday trading.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 825,000 additional shares, the company said Thursday.
