CapsoVision Prices IPO at $5 per Share

04:11 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CapsoVision (CV) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 5.5 million shares at $5 per share, targeting gross proceeds of about $27.5 million.

The medical technology company said the shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "CV" from Wednesday.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.

CapsoVision said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares.
