Capstone to Acquire Carolina Stone Products

08:13 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Capstone (CAPS) said Monday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Carolina Stone Products for a purchase price in the range of $3.9 million to $4.7 million.

The transaction is targeted to close by Friday, Capstone said.

The acquisition will mark Capstone's entry into the construction market in the Southeast and is expected to be "immediately accretive" to revenue, the company said.
