04:24 PM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carbon Revolution ( CREV ) said late Friday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq's listing rule for failure to submit its Form 20-F report for the fiscal year ended June 30.

Carbon Revolution ( CREV ) has until Jan. 21 to submit a plan to regain compliance based on the stock exchange's notice. Once the plan is accepted, the company could be granted until May 14 to regain compliance, it said.
