07:20 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Health ( CAH ) said Monday its board has appointed Patricia Hemingway Hall as chair, effective immediately.

Hall has been a board member since 2013 and will succeed Gregory Kenny, who is retiring as chair, according to the company.

Cardinal Health ( CAH ) said it will release fiscal Q3 results on April 30.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Monday premarket activity.
