Cardinal Health buys GI Alliance and Advanced Diabetes Supply Group for about $3.9 bln

Nov 11 (Reuters) - Cardinal Health ( CAH ) said on

Monday it acquired majority stakes in GI Alliance and Advanced

Diabetes Supply Group (ADSG) for about $2.8 billion and $1.1

billion each in an all cash deal.

GIA will operate as a platform within Cardinal Health's ( CAH )

Pharmaceutical and Specialty Solutions segment, while ADSG will

merge with it at-Home Solutions business, the company said.
