09:12 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Health ( CAH ) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Solaris Health, adding more than 750 providers across 250 practice locations in 14 states.

The company said the deal expands its Urology Alliance within its multi-specialty management services organization platform, The Specialty Alliance, strengthening its presence in specialty healthcare services.

In August, the company said it agreed to provide about $1.90 billion to The Specialty Alliance for the acquisition of Solaris Health from Lee Equity Partners and Solaris Health physician owners.
