08:20 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Health ( CAH ) said Wednesday it plans to open a new distribution center in Walton Hills, Ohio, to support its US Medical Products and Distribution business.

The company said the new facility would replace the smaller Solon, Ohio, location facility and begin operations in spring 2025.

It added that the distribution center would integrate new technology, increase efficiency, expand capacity, and accommodate a full employee transition.
