Cardinal Health's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2026 Adjusted Earnings Guidance Raised

07:28 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Health ( CAH ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.08 per diluted share, up from $1.84 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $60.16 billion, up from $59.87 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $60.89 billion.

The company now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings of $9.30 to $9.50 per share, from previous expectations of $9.10 to $9.30. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $9.26.

Shares of the company were down more than 8% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
