09:05 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CareCloud ( CCLD ) said Monday that Stephen Snyder will serve as co-chief executive officer alongside current CEO A. Hadi Chaudhry, effective Jan. 1.

The company also named Crystal Williams as president.

Chaudhry will oversee technology and artificial intelligence strategies, while Snyder will lead growth efforts, including market expansion and partnerships, CareCloud ( CCLD ) said.
