CareCloud Raises 2025 Revenue Guidance

08:36 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CareCloud ( CCLD ) said Tuesday that it has raised its revenue guidance for 2025 as a result of its acquisition of Medsphere Systems' business assets.

The healthcare IT company said it now expects annual revenue of $116 million to $118 million, up from previous guidance of $111 million to $114 million.

The company also said it expects 2026 revenue to be $128 million to $130 million.

CareCloud ( CCLD ) also said that it will provide additional detailed guidance, including adjusted EBITDA and earnings per share, during its Q3 earnings release. It added that although it does not expect to change to its adjusted EBITDA outlook, its GAAP EPS is expected to be affected by a higher non-cash amortization expense from the acquisition.

Shares of CareCloud ( CCLD ) are up 2.8% in recent premarket activity.
