08:22 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CareCloud ( CCLD ) said Friday that company shareholders approved all proposals put forward at the annual shareholders' meeting on Thursday, including the re-election of Mahmud Haq and Cameron Munter to the company's board.

Stockholders also approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the company's named executive officers as well as the company's 2026 equity incentive plan, CareCloud ( CCLD ) said.

Additionally, shareholders also ratified the appointment of Tanner LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026, CareCloud ( CCLD ) added.
