09:03 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CareCloud ( CCLD ) said Monday it has signed a deal to acquire hospital benchmarking tool MAP App developed by the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but CareCloud ( CCLD ) said the transaction will not have a material financial impact on the company this year.

The company said it intends to complete the acquisition on Wednesday.

Shares of CareCloud ( CCLD ) were down more than 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
