05:02 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CareDx ( CDNA ) said late Wednesday it has agreed to sell its Lab Products business to EuroBio Scientific for $170 million in cash.

The deal has been approved by the board of both companies, the firm said. It expects to close the transaction by the end of Q3.

CareDx ( CDNA ) also said it expects Q1 revenue of about $118 million, up 39% from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $102.3 million.

CareDx ( CDNA ) shares were up over 9% in after-hours activity.
