05:38 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CareTrust REIT ( CTRE ) said Thursday it has acquired a four-facility nursing portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic for roughly $74.7 million.

The company financed the deal through cash on hand, the real estate investment trust added.

CareTrust said it signed an initial 15-year triple-net master lease with a new nursing operator, adding that the agreement has two five-year extension options.
