06:01 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CareTrust REIT ( CTRE ) said Thursday it acquired two skilled nursing facilities in separate deals for a total of about $62.1 million.

The company acquired a 125-licensed bed facility in the Mid-Atlantic for about $37.7 million, which it expects will generate initial annual base rent of roughly $3.4 million.

The other transaction involved a 134-licensed bed facility located on the West Coast for about $24.5 million.
