06:22 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CareTrust REIT ( CTRE ) said late Monday that it has acquired a five-facility, 498-licensed-bed, skilled nursing portfolio in the Southeastern US for $80.9 million.

The company said it has funded the investment using cash on hand.

In connection with the acquisition, the company said it has entered into a new triple-net master lease with affiliates of YAD Healthcare for a term of ten years, with two five-year extension options.
