04:35 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CareTrust REIT ( CTRE ) said late Tuesday it priced an upsized public offering of 20 million shares at $32 each.

The company, which previously set an offering size of 15.5 million shares, has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional shares.

It intends to contribute the net proceeds to its operating partnership, CTR Partnership, which will, in turn, use the proceeds to fund new investments and repay debt.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
