Cargojet Declares Quarterly Dividend

01:01 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The Board of Directors of Cargojet Inc. ( CGJTF ) declared a cash dividend Friday of $0.3146 per common voting share and variable voting share for the period from Jan. 1 to March 31, 2024.

The record date for determining shareholders of the Corporation entitled to receive payment of the dividend of the Corporation shall be March 20, 2024 and the payment date for such dividend shall be on or before April 5, 2024.

Cargojet ( CGJTF ) is a Canadian provider of time-sensitive premium air cargo services to all major cities across North America, providing Dedicated, ACMI and International Charter services and carries over 25 million pounds of cargo weekly, operating its network with its own fleet of 41 aircraft.
