Caris Life Sciences Launches Roadshow for Planned US IPO

09:59 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Caris Life Sciences said Monday it has launched a roadshow for a planned initial public offering of its shares.

The company said it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to offer 23.5 million shares at an expected price between $16 and $18 per share.

Caris said it will give the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 3.5 million shares.

The company said it has applied to list its shares on Nasdaq under the ticker CAI.
