12:52 PM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Caris Life Sciences (CAI) shares rose 33% in their debut Wednesday on Nasdaq following the company's initial public offering of 23.5 million shares priced at $21 each.

The stock traded at $27.86 around midday after opening at $27 and rising as high as $29.40.

The company granted underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 3.53 million shares at the IPO price.

The IPO is expected to close Friday.
