Carlisle Closes ThermaFoam Acquisition

05:18 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlisle (CSL) completed the acquisition of ThermaFoam for an undisclosed price to expand in Texas and South Central US.

ThermaFoam, based in Dallas-Fort Worth, provides expanded polystyrene insulation products in the commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction markets, Carlisle said Monday in a statement.
