09:49 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlisle Companies ( CSL ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire certain assets of Bonded Logic and Phoenix Fibers.

Bonded Logic manufactures sustainable thermal and acoustical insulation products, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said it expects the deal to close in Q2.
