Carlisle to Acquire ThermaFoam for Undisclosed Amount

10:01 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlisle Companies ( CSL ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire polystyrene insulation manufacturer ThermaFoam.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to be completed in Q1.

Price: 375.04, Change: -3.23, Percent Change: -0.85
