09:59 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlisle (CSL) said Thursday it has agreed to buy the expanded polystyrene insulation segment of PFB Holdco, composed of Plasti-Fab and Insulspan, for $259.5 million in cash.

PFB Holdco is a portfolio company of The Riverside Company.

The deal is expected to close in Q4, Carlisle said.
