12:33 PM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlsmed said Tuesday it launched its initial public offering of 6.7 million common shares expected to be priced between $14 and $16 per share.

Underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to about 1 million additional shares at the IPO price, the medical technology company said.

Carlsmed said it has applied to list its stock under the ticker symbol "CARL" on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
