02:10 PM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle Group ( CG ) affiliate CA Magnum is looking to sell 99.5 billion Indian rupees ($1.18 billion) worth of shares in Hexaware Technologies in the upcoming initial public offering in India, according to a filing Friday.

CA Magnum is the only existing shareholder that will sell its interest in Hexaware, which will not issue any new shares through the offer, according to a Draft Red Herring prospectus filing.
