07:24 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle (CG) and Patient Square Capital have received an approval from the European Commission for the creation of a joint venture, Coding Solutions Topco, which aims to optimize revenue cycle management for U.S. healthcare systems, the Commission said Wednesday.

The Commission said the transaction "would not raise competition concerns, given the limited impact on the European Economic Area."
