05:06 PM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle Secured Lending ( CGBD ) said its shareholders approved the merger with Carlyle Secured Lending III.

At a special meeting, 96% of voting shareholders supported issuing common stock for the merger, which is expected to be finalized Thursday, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
