06:52 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle (CG), through its Carlyle Europe Technology Partners, agreed to sell 1E to TeamViewer for $720 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis, TeamViewer said Tuesday.

1E, a provider of Digital Employee Experience, or DEX management tools, generated annual recurring revenue of $77 million as of Sept. 2024 and employs around 300 people.

The transaction will close in early 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
